Job Coach Program
The Job Coach works with individuals with disabilities to find skill-appropriate employment in the community. The Job Coach works with the participant throughout the entire process including assisting with resume writing, applications, interview skills, orientation, and training.
We Provide Job Coaching Services in the Following Counties:
SOS Health Care is now providing Job Coaching Services to individuals with Autism and intellectual disabilities. SOS Health Care is a South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs approved provider of individual employment services.
Eligibility Criteria: Individuals wishing to participate in the Job Coach program must be deemed eligible for DDSN services. In addition, to be eligible for Employment Services the individual must be between the ages of 16 and 64, have exited school, and have either the Community Supports Waiver or the ID/RD Waiver.
