SOS Health Care has been a grass roots organization since 1989 providing many programs and services to our neighbors in need.
Become an annual member of SOS Health Care and help our community!
All members will receive our newsletter twice per year, personal e-mails about how we’re helping the community and free gifts based on the level of giving.
Student Membership 10.00
Individual Membership 25.00 – receive a free water bottle and pen
Family Membership 50.00 – receive a water bottle, Frisbee, pen, and recognition in our newsletter
Benefactor Membership 100.00 – receive all of the above, along with a bracelet, and recognition on our website and newsletter
Business Membership 500.00 – Your logo displayed on our website, facebook page and any other social media platform we are involved with. A link to your business from our website. Your logo displayed on our banner and t-shirts at any awareness or fundraising event we are hosting. A plaque for you to display in your business showing your support of SOS Health Care.
Programs that are supported by your membership:
The Building Futures Autism Clinic, an early intervention site that provides intensive ABA therapy
Friday Knights ll, a partnership program with the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, a recreation program for children and youth with autism spectrum disorders and respite program for parents and caregivers.
Opening Doors, a work training program for youth and adults with autism that assists the homeless youth attending Horry County Schools.
Project Lifesaver, a safety program in partnership with Horry County Public Safety, to track those with autism, Alzheimer’s, brain injuries and other disabilities that wander or can’t communicate.
Dogs for Disabilities, a partnership with Carolina K-9 to provide specially trained dogs to assist children with disabilities.
Caring 4 Kids, a program designed to assist families with needs related to clothing, nutrition and other immediate needs.
Urgent Dental Care, a program supported by local dentists and funded by the Wallen fund to assist families with financial needs that require urgent dental care.
SOS Summer Program, a recreational and social skills summer program for people with autism spectrum disorders age 6-21.
We all like the tax advantage of donating to a non-profit, but more than that we all love to know that we are helping a child or person that may have no other means to be able to help themselves.
